These Creative Exploration Units, together with the wider ReStorying ReSource Collection available on this site, have grown out of many journeys shared with individuals and groups over time. They offer opportunities to explore and strengthen inner resources through personal reflection, self-directed exploration, shared journeys of discovery, or thoughtfully facilitated individual and group experiences. Whether engaged with independently or alongside others, the resources support exploration, understanding, and re-storying over time. Each resource stands on its own while remaining connected to the wider theme of Returning to Yourself. Over time, they may be gathered into your own personal Returning to Yourself journal and resource collection.
Across the Returning to Yourself series, these capacities are explored through Pathways, Constellations, and Combinations. Pathways introduce the core inner resources. Constellations deepen one resource at a time through additional symbols, reflections, and creative exploration. Combinations explore how multiple resources may begin working together as experience becomes more connected, flexible, and available over time.
In addition to the public ReStorying ReSource Collection, a separate Therapist ReSource Collection is available exclusively to qualified mental health therapists for professional use.
As these specialised resources are designed for therapeutic practice, access is restricted to verified professionals.

All material is professionally printed, booklets on premium 200 / 250gsm Tintoretto Gesso fine art paper, each Pathway booklet offers a durable, high-quality surface carefully chosen to support writing, colouring, collage, and most creative media, while providing a beautifully soft textured finish that enhances the overall reflective and creative experience, while the Creative Pause booklets, Colouring cards and weekly tracker diaries (My Daily Space) are printed on 200gsm Matt (bond). This paper is best suited to coloured pencils, paint sticks, acrylic paint pens, and everyday pens and pencils, giving you plenty of freedom to explore and create as you go. Fine felt-tip pens should also work well. Heavier felt-tip pens, alcohol-based markers, and watercolour paints may bleed through or affect the paper, although watercolour can be used sparingly with a fairly dry brush.
