A little more about me

I Love what I do

I have a passion for engaging in a wide range of projects and initiatives.

This enables me to collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds, utilising various mediums to provide assistance.

Throughout the past three decades, I've participated in numerous programs and projects.

While it's challenging to showcase every detail, I'll share some samples to give you insight into my work and how I could potentially be of assistance to you.

Counselling, Psychotherapy, Coaching

While outdoor therapy has been a significant component of my practice, the principles remain consistent when transitioning to the indoor therapy room.

We will continue to work experientially, approaching life from a different perspective.

All of my programs and sessions are tailored to the individual client, ensuring that there is no one-size-fits-all approach.

Sand & Creative
EXPLORATIONS workshops

In today’s fast-paced world, finding the right words for what we feel can be difficult.
These group workshops offer another way — a creative, hands-on space where healing begins through doing, not just talking.

Using sand trays, symbolic objects, and other expressive materials, we bypass the thinking mind and tap into something deeper. Stories emerge — sometimes wordless, sometimes unexpected — bringing insight, connection, and the comfort of being seen.

It’s not about artistic skill, but expression, exploration, and meaning-making. Within the safety of a guided group, participants discover they are not alone, and their inner worlds can be met with compassion.

Whether leaning into depth or embracing playfulness, every workshop offers space to pause, connect, and come home to yourself — together.

Equine & Nature
Infused Intervention

While I am not currently practising this specific modality in the UK, the integration of equine and nature-based interventions has deeply shaped my therapeutic approach and continues to hold a meaningful place in both my professional practice and personal journey.

For both Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) and Equine-Assisted Learning (EAL), the professional team includes a trained mental health professional (therapist, coach, or counsellor), an equine behavioural specialist, the equines themselves, and you as the client.

The curious paradox is that

when I accept myself,

just as I am,

then I can change.

Carl Rogers

I employ an organic, holistic, and pluralistic approach, viewed through a trauma-sensitive lens.

Rather than asking, "What is wrong with you?" my inquiry is focused on "What's happened to you?"

I am dedicated to supporting you in addressing your concerns, fostering a deeper understanding of yourself and your situation.

In guiding you through the exploration of aspects of your life that you choose to address in sessions, I facilitate a process that allows you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your situation at your own pace and in your own time.

I am a firm believer in science, and therefore my approaches are underpinned in neurobiopsychology.

I adapt sessions to your needs using a variety of modalities such as CBT, EMDR, DBR, Bilateral Stimulation, Creative and Experiential input and many more while providing you with a non-judgmental space to explore your issues at your own pace and in your own time.
