EAL and Team Development

Through equine assisted intervention (learning and growth) I incorporate interactions and experiences with horses and/or nature to promote team mental health and well-being.

EAL is a different way to learn about yourself within the team. Just being in a different environment, experiencing new things, looking at life from a different perspective, helps to discover your own strengths or areas where growth is needed, both for the team and for the individual.

​

That is because our authentic selves emerge in unfamiliar settings, giving insights into why we behave the way we do, and the impact our actions have on ourselves and those around us. 

 

EAP can tell you more about your personality and relationship styles, management style, communication ability and team working skills.   After working with the horses, you and the team will have a better idea of the area that need work and the changes make.
 

EAL happens in a controlled safe facilitation space (no riding), and no previous experience with horses is necessary.
 

We will however encouragingly challenge you to openly and honestly engage with the animals and participate in the process.

As with any facilitation space, the team will support you and the team in this discovery and journey of growth.
